Original Dan's Briarproof Fabric:
- 400 Denier Nylon material with a high-density weave
- A Specialty milled apparel fabric made with a soft hand application for a gentle feel
- Very durable and extremely tough to withstand everyday use and wear-and-tear on the job
- While not totally puncture-proof, briars will not snag and tear, but will slide off
- The fabric itself is water-resistant with a water-based urethane coating that gives near waterproof protection
- Because their seams aren't sealed we call Dan's products water-resistant rather than waterproof.
Cotton Duck Fabric
- 10.10 Army Cotton Duck, sanforized and pre-shrunk to keep shrinkage at less than one percent
- Soft 100% cotton for a very comfortable feel
- While not waterproof, its durability is similar to other cotton duck fabrics, making it an excellent choice in work wear
- Breathable and ideal for warmer weather
- Used in our Upland Series where briar protection isn't as critical
